Sonnyandalfie produces limited edition co-ordinating party invitations, bags and thank you cards. We source beautiful vintage feel fabrics. Our cards and envelopes are made from high quality 100% recycled paper, they are packed in biodegradable and compostable clear bags and the glue used is non-toxic; the party bags are just the right size for little hands and are gorgeous keepsakes, perfect for carrying pencils, small toys and other treasures.

About Us
sonnyandalfie was set up by a mother of two little boys who struggled to find individual environmentally friendly party bags and cards.

Terms and Conditions
By placing and order with ‘sonnyandalfie’ you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed with these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any of these, please contact info@sonnyandalfie.co.uk before placing an order.
How to order
Orders can be placed through the website, email or telephone (with written confirmation).
Please make sure that all the relevant information including quantities, fabric design and text is stated.
We will let you know if the goods are in stock and the total cost of the order, including postage and packing.
Orders are currently only accepted within the UK.
How to pay
By cheque: Please make cheques payable to Mrs S Wood in pounds sterling (£) only.
By Paypal: We accept payments through paypal as it is a secure way to pay online by credit card. Email your order to us at orders@sonnyandalfie.co.uk and we will send you an invoice with instructions how to pay by Paypal.
Our prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
We have taken care to describe and show our collection as accurately as possible, however due to the nature of handmade goods, they may vary slightly from the images on the website.
Payment is accepted in pounds sterling (£), all prices are shown in pounds sterling (£)
Delivery
We aim to dispatch items within 5 working days of receiving payment. If your order is urgent, please contact us to make arrangements. Items will be sent out by Royal mail first class.
Returns
We endeavour to dispatch our goods in perfect condition, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the goods unused in the original packaging in perfect condition within 28 days of receipt.
Refunds and exchanges
We will offer an exchange on faulty goods if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. We can offer to exchange the goods or refund the cost of the order, excluding delivery. Return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer. It is recommended that proof of postage is obtained (free) from the post office.
Bespoke cards and invitations are made specifically to order, and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We cannot be responsible for names that are supplied with incorrect spellings.

Safety
All our products unless otherwise stated are not suitable for children under 36 months. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the suitability of items for the age of the children for whom they are purchasing. We do not accept liability for injury loss or damage due to our products getting into the hands of children under 36 months.
Privacy
We take our customers privacy very seriously. Names, addresses and payment details are for the purpose of completing transactions only. We never disclose customer details to third parties for marketing purposes. We may email you from time to time with promotional information or new product lines. If you would not like us to contact you, please let us know and we will take you off our list.
